New

The association has decided to allow bait fishing (worm only) for a trial period of one season which will be reviewed thereafter.

At the back of Loch Ochiltree lies Loch Fyntalloch. This loch is smaller in size but the fishing is just as good, with fish no less than 1lb 8ozs in weight, providing great sport for those who are lucky enough to make contact with one.

Loch Fyntalloch fishes well all round and there are no 'hot spots' as such. The bottom is peat and the use of gold heads can be deadly.

The loch takes mood swings and some days you will keep landing fish, and others nothing.... Be persistant on here and it will pay off!

A days fishing on Loch Fyntalloch costs £15.00.
